1. The Championship Organiser reserves the right to change and/or cancel any event without prior notice.

2. For the Teacher/Student event, the teacher can be a Professional or Amateur teacher. Teacher/Student      event couples cannot take part in other Amateur events.

3. The Championship Organisers reserves the right to refuse entries with unknown status.

4. Competitors may take a maximum of 2 events per discipline.

5. No Change of partner is allowed in the same event.

6. All competitors must attend rehearsals as requested by the Organisers.

7. All competitors must be present for their events on time. Latecomers will be disqualified.

8. Age limits:

Junior & Juvenile: Age limits are taken during the calendar year 2011.

Senior Over 35: Male & female dancers must be 35 or above.

Senior Over 45: Male dancers must be 45 or above and female dancers must be 40 or above.

Grand Senior Over 60: Male dancers must be 60 or above and female dancers must be 50 or above.

9. The judges’ decision shall be final.

10. In the event of any question or matter arising out of any point which is not expressively provided for in the rules, the Event Organisers shall have the power to use its own discretion.

11. Video taping of any form is not allowed.

12. Professional or Amateur Closed Asia Pacific events are open to competitors from South-East -Asia countries, China, Korea, Japan, Chinese Taipei and Australia etc…
