Dear WDC Members.

It is with deep sadness and feeling that I inform you of the death of
Mr. Vincent Bulger, WDC Vice-President, following a stroke and 
emergency surgery from which he never recovered.

Complications have made things very difficult, for his family, as the
incident happened in Kyiv, Ukraine.  He was accompanied on this trip
by Susan.
The cremation will be held on 31st July in the Ukraine with further
rememberence services in the U.S.A. at a later date.

Please inform your Executive Committee and Members of this tragic loss
to the world of dance and dance sport.
